Open call

Open call for Latin projects for curator proposals
NYU’s Latinx Project is soliciting proposals for group exhibitions from US-based curators. The award-winning project will be provided with an exhibition budget of $ 10,000, an honor of $ 5,000, a three-month exhibition, and curator support.
Deadline: May 5, 2022.

Creative time open call
Creative Time is looking for suggestions from US-based artists at every stage of their careers to create public art projects that address critical social issues. Winners will be awarded $ 10,000 and support to realize the project in New York City.
Deadline: May 17, 2022 11:59 pm EST.

The 13th Epson International Pano Award
The 13th Epson International Pano Awards, held internationally, celebrates every aspect of panoramic photography. The contest will award over $ 40,000 in prizes, including $ 14,000 in cash. There is a $ 22 entry fee for each submission.
Deadline: Midnight on July 11, 2022 (UTC-11).

Beautiful strange art prize
Awarding $ 57,000 in cash and prizes, this annual international competition celebrates the diversity and excellence of visual arts and supports all static media. The highest award is $ 13,500 and the admission fee is $ 40.

8th National Jury Exhibition At the Oxford Arts Alliance
This is the 8th year National Jury Exhibition The Oxford Arts Alliance is hosting a public offering for the October 2022 show. There is an admission fee of $ 30 and a maximum prize of $ 500.

Bennett Award for Female Figurative Painter
US-based painters are invited to apply for the third iteration of the Bennett Awards. The award conferes $ 50,000 to one artist and the runner-up receives $ 10,000. Admission is $ 40.

Getty Images Grant
Getty Images recently announced four new editorial grants worth a total of $ 85,000. The four programs are designed to support photojournalist and organizations, with a focus on addressing some of today’s most urgent issues.
Deadline: From April 15th to May 15th.

Andy Warhol Foundation Arts Writers Grant 2022
This annual Creative Capital Initiative grants artists $ 15,000 to $ 50,000 to create articles, books, and short-form writings.
Deadline: May 18, 2022.

Anonymity was a women’s environmental art grant
The grant is open to artists identifying women based in the United States and awards up to $ 20,000 for environmental art projects. Proposals need to focus on the impact of the project and require an element of public involvement.
Deadline: June 14, 2022, 5 pm ET.

Grant innovation
The Innovate Grant grants two $ 550 quarterly grants to one visual artist and one photographer. The initiative is open internationally.
Deadline: June 16, 2022 11:59 pm PST.

Illuminations grant for black trans female visual artists
This $ 10,000 grant recognizes a series of existing jobs by black transgender women. It also provides additional support to keep you working.
Deadline: June 30, 2022.

$ 500,000 Creative Capital x Skoll Foundation Fund
Kickstarter, Creative Capital, and the Skoll Foundation have launched the $ 500,000 Creative Capital x Skoll Foundation Fund to support projects by Asian, black, indigenous, and Latin creators. Awards will continue to be offered to creators in categories such as Arts, Comic & Illustration, Design & Tech, Movies, Food & Crafts, Games, Music and Publishing.

Adobe Creative Residency Community Fund
Adobe’s Creative Residency Community Fund invites visual artists to create company projects on a rolling basis. Winners will receive $ 500 to $ 5,000.

Residency & Fellowship

Artist-in-residence program for Latin projects
NYU’s Latinx Project Artist-In-Residence Program provides artists with an honor of up to $ 10,000, a budget of $ 5,000 for project development with curators of their choice, and support for the development of public programming and press materials. The Residency is open to American artists and runs for four to six months of the academic year.
Deadline: May 5, 2022.

Farm Margaret River Residency
The Farm Margaret River Residency Program is open to Australian residents working in all areas and is wholly funded by a site-specific project born of the artist’s five to eight week stay.
Deadline: AWST at 5 pm on May 6, 2022.

Art Immersion Residency
We are now accepting applications for college student scholarships and creative professional fellowships. Art Immersion Residences are hosted throughout European cities and are designed for collaboration.
Deadline: May 6, 2022.

Bronze Arts Center Visual Artist AIRspace Residency
New York-based visual artists can sign up for one of the four Residencies at the Bronze Arts Center. Residents receive an unlimited $ 3,000 scholarship, semi-private studio, and group exhibition.
Deadline: May 8, 2022.

Lil Street Art Center Artist in Residence
The Lill Street Art Center in Chicago offers a one-year stay for artists working in ceramics and metalwork, and a nine-month stay for textile art, drawing, painting, print and book art artists. The artist receives a monthly scholarship of $ 400 and the application fee is $ 20.

Velvetpark LGBTQ + Visual Artist Residency
Velvetpark’s Visual Arts Residency recognizes one LGBTQ + artist with a six-month workspace at Crown Heights, Brooklyn. There is an application fee of $ 25.
Deadline: May 13, 2022, 11:59 pm.

Young Artist Competition & Intensive
This three-day intensive is located on the grounds of the Oak Spring Garden Foundation in Upperville, Virginia, and is aimed at artists aged 18-22 working in painting, drawing, and mixed media. Applicants need to be interested in the intersection of art and technology.
Deadline: May 15, 2022.

Marble House Project Artist Residency
Residency of the Marble House Project, open across disciplines, has incorporated small-scale food production and conservation into its artistic practice. Approximately 60 foreign residents attend each year in Dorset, Vermont for two or three weeks. There is an application fee of $ 35.
Deadline: May 15, 2022.

Virginia Creative Arts Center (VCCA) Residency
Scheduled to run in the winter of 2023, the VCCA Residency is open to visual artists, writers and composers internationally. There are several opportunities for a fully funded fellowship and the application fee is $ 30.
Deadline: May 15, 2022.

Silver Art Project Residency
Each year, the Residency establishes an artist cohort to provide up to 10 months of studio space in New York City. The artist will also receive a $ 1,200 scholarship and mentorship.
Deadline: May 22, 2022.

ACE Artist in Residence Program
Open to a variety of US artists, this residency offers a $ 1,000 scholarship and seven days in the mountains of Alta, Utah. The application fee is $ 10.
Deadline: June 15, 2022.
